When I first heard about a Reverse Mortgage I heard 3 things that impressed me right away. #1 was that is was for people of 62 years and older. #2 was that we would no longer have a house payment. #3 was that we would be able to buy a new home and pay off some exsisting debt to make our monthly budget less.
